DEFINITION: EXERCISES THAT ARE NOT RECOMMENDED BECAUSE THEY CARRY A HIGH RISK OF INJURY IN THE SHORT OR LONG TERM. THE RISKS FAR OUTWEIGH THE POTENTIAL OR PERCEIVED BENEFITS. THERE IS ALWAYS A SAFER AND MORE EFFECTIVE ALTERNATIVE.
