When we return from camp and you pick up your child on Wednesday, you must collect the medication from the nurse. It will not be given to the student to take home.

Food Allergies, etc. If your child has food allergies, please let your child’s teacher know. If your child is not allowed to eat certain foods due to religious or other reasons, please let us know and we will contact the camp coordinator. Leaving for Camp
22
Monday Morning Students are not allowed to ride the bus with all of their bags and bedding so they must be brought to school on Monday and you must pick them up on Wednesday. Please drop the kids off in the car line on Monday morning (we will have extra help to get the kids’ things out of the car). We will board the bus at 8:30 so please bring your child to school at the regular time (between 7:30 and 7:50). The students will make their name tags, meet their chaperones, and do a final checklist before we leave.
23
Monday Morning The students will be given three name tags: One for their bag, one for their bedding (please put it in a heavy duty plastic bag so it doesn’t get dirty in the storage compartment under the bus) and one for their backpack. If your child is bringing more than those three items, please make sure the item is clearly marked with their first and last name. Be sure to send a sack lunch with your child. We will meet in the cafeteria.
