Scene One *See animation This question will appear on the screen with an upbeat, instrumental song lightly playing in the back ground. Time: 4 seconds

Scene 2 Location: a heavily populated outdoor area in Los Angeles (i.e. Hollywood Boulevard or The Grove) Participants will be scouted prior to shooting to receive consent and ensure film has a diverse group of people Young, white male (aged 20-25) is asked on the street, “what is feel good shopping?” His answer is shown on film; Example: “Feel good shopping is shopping that makes you feel happy” Time: 4 seconds

Scene 3 Middle aged (40s) African American woman answers the same question Example: “Feel good shopping is buying great products for a great price” Time: 4 seconds

Scene 4 Teenage Asian female answers the same question Example: “Feel good shopping is for a good cause” Time: 4 seconds

Scene 5 Hispanic male (aged 50+) answers the same question Example: “Feel good shopping is a new pair of shoes” Time: 4 seconds

Scene 6 Young, Middle Eastern female (aged 20-25) answers the same question “Feel good shopping is buying something to benefit others” Time: 4 seconds **Note: Start this “what is feel good shopping” segment with a millennial and end with a millennial (male then female or vice versa) because millennials are Balou’s target audience

Scene 7 Location: Balou office in Los Angeles CEOs Philipe Navarro and Anthony Manzo are sitting in director’s chairs Philipe states, “Balou is feel good shopping.” Anthony says, “Balou is a new, simple, and sophisticated online shopping website with 90% of every purchase made going back to the original creator” Philipe voiceover: “Handmade apparel and accessories made by artisans from all over the world are sold on Balou” (while this is being said, a quick shot of the website is shown, followed by zoomed in images of two different products (i.e. dress for females, shoes for males), and then a still shot of an artisan hard at work making a product in their developing country)

Scene 7 continued Philipe and Anthony are shown again Philipe says, “When you shop on Balou you feel good because you are buying a unique product at a great price and you also feel good knowing that your purchase is making a difference in the life of someone in need, someone who doesn’t have access to basic necessities such as food and water. That is feel good shopping” Anthony voiceover: To start feel good shopping, visit the website (http://thebalou.com/) (While this is being said, Balou’s logo and website address is shown)http://thebalou.com/ Time: 30 seconds
