3. Dysfunctional Institutions? Two parent families to one parent to no parent! Everybody is in the same boat. No help! Churches are not community churches, their influence stops at the front door. No crime prevention and many temptations 50% chance of getting a high school diploma High paying manufacturing jobs are gone, low paying service jobs are growing and higher education is expensive. The judiciary system says lock them up and leave them their. The Department of Corrections wants more jails, more correction officers and more inmates.

6. Successful Reentry Get out of the Dept. of Corrections System. Stay out of the judiciary system Go to church, develop the moral self. Give back to the community, you are either a part of the problem or a part of the solution. Education is a continuum, get educated. Get some marketable job skills. Create a support system that supports you and does not judge you. Be a good son, a good husband, a good brother and a good parent.
