2. Give your trust to the people you closely work with. Even at that, it is a lot wiser to be pickier in offering your trust to these people. Trust those who are sincere in their actions and intentions at work with you. While we are encouraged to be in a cordial relationship with everyone at work for a comfortable working environment, it is more crucial to choose the people whom to offer your trust. At Home: Find a good babysitter that you trust to stay with your kids. Make sure there not going to let you down. Trust them to keep everyone and everything safe.

3.  You need to spend as much time with your spouse at home if your gone most of the time.  Be able to maintain hostility  Keep your kids informed about your busy schedule so they wont feel alone or left out  Try and work around your busy schedule so everyone gets an equal share with you
