5 How? Laser Range Finder  6 foot range  180° radius Obstacle detection generates immediate swerve response Simple continuously operating microprocessor Based on how bees avoid other bees

6 Limitations Two-dimensional, not 3 like bees Short distance = not for high speeds Current vehicle wheel turning ability
