WHO ARE WE? Action on Hearing Loss is the new name for RNID. We’re the charity working for a world where hearing loss doesn't limit or label people, where tinnitus is silenced – and where people value and look after their hearing.

ASK YOURSELF: Do we have hearing enhancement systems in place? Are they checked? How? Can staff make & receive calls via Text Relay service? Are staff aware of the barriers people with hearing loss experience? Do we have a process in place for how we communicate with deaf patients? Do we know our staff with hearing loss?
