To access PTrac after the training is complete, you will need a valid active directory ID & password, a PTrac license, and your browser should be Internet Explorer Version 7 or Firefox. 5 What is my active directory password and ID? Troubleshooting 15  If pages seem slow to open – The application seems to run faster if you open a new browser each time you access it.  If you cannot see the entire worksheet, you may not have your browser window maximized. Double click on the top bar or click the screen size icon to maximize the worksheet.  Internet Explorer 8 is not compatible with PTrac. Many IE8 users will download Firefox to use the application.  Firefox users may have to clear their cookies and reopen the browser if the PTrac does not open.
