Comprehensive Plan Shows relationships between community issues. Tracks implementation of community-based policies. Creates an environment of predictability for business and industry, investors, property owners, tax payers and the general public.

Comprehensive Plan Update Georgia Department of Community affairs requires that each local government must prepare, adopt, maintain, and implement a comprehensive plan in order to maintain qualified local government certification, and remain eligible for selected state funding and permitting programs.
