2 Introduction Welcome to the Skills Standards Programs Registration This presentation will walk you through the steps for registering your district, schools and students into our skills standards programs. 2

5 Log-In 5 1. Go to the CTE website at: www.dpi.wi.gov/cte/cteskills.html Select the Program “Registration” link to get to this log-in page. 2. Select your school district under the “Agency” drop-down list; and enter your district “Password” (passwords are case sensitive).

6 Assurances 6 Select “Assurances” in the menu bar. 3.Read the overview page for registration instructions. Assurances must be filled out before the application will allow programs to be registered.

7 Entering & Submitting Assurances 7 Fill in your name and select either district administrator or principal. Select all the boxes that apply in each category. Select “Submit Assurances” to save your information. 4.The assurances must be filled out by the district administrator or high school principal for each school. Select the school from the drop-down list.

8 Previewing Assurances 8 5. Once the assurance information has been submitted, you will get this screen confirming that the assurances have been received for this school. When you preview the assurances you will see all of the “Approved Programs” entered for that school.

9 Registration Instructions for Teachers 9 6.Once the district administrator/high school principal has submitted the assurances for a school/program, teachers can then register their program(s). Select “Registration” in menu bar then select “Teacher/Program Preview and Registration” to register as a teacher and to register your program.

10 Teacher Registration 10 7. The teacher registration is the first step to registering your program. Select your school from the drop-down list. Select “Register Teacher” icon to enter teacher information. Enter Teacher information into this screen, then select “Add/Save Teacher Info.” You can then preview teacher information and/or enter student information.

11 Student Registration 11 8. The next step is to register students into the program. First, select the teacher name. Next, enter the student information, select the program area and enter the worksite. Save information by selecting “Save/Register Student.”

12 Previewing/Editing Student Information 12 9. You can preview your student roster from either of these screens by selecting “Student Registration Confirmation.” Once you get the preview screen of your roster, you can then edit student information by clicking on the student’s name. You cannot “delete” a student from the roster.

13 Program Completion 13 10. Once students have completed the program, enter the completion information, and a certificate of completion will be mailed to the school for all students completing the program. Select “Program Completion” in the menu bar. Then select the school, teacher, and program area.

14 Program Completion Information 14 11. For each student completing the program, select the appropriate certification area from the drop-down list, enter their score, and select “Yes.” Once all information is entered select “Submit Completer Info” – this will save your information and a certificate of completion will be mailed to your school.
