5 Mission Statement Do you have a shared vision? Is everyone signed up to it? What are your aims and objectives? Plan should run for next three years.

6 Service Review Where are we now? Local Review. SWOT analysis. Collect data, ask for help. Information will help to inform decision making.

7 Service Review What do you currently provide? Is there anything significant about your area? i.e. Retirement area. Seasonal, population increases. Isolated/rural.

12 SWOT ANALYSIS. Strengths and Weaknesses are INTERNAL. Opportunities and Threats are EXTERNAL. Try to connect up Strengths with Opportunities and Weaknesses with Threats.

Opportunities Capitalise on growing supermarket popularity of New World Premium Wines Weaknesses Slow production due to quality assurance team being permanently hung- over. Threats Medical reports declare that 12 glasses a day is not as good for you as previously thought.

14 Resources and Funding What staffing do we have now? Look at grades and skill mix. Funding to be sourced. What we will need in future. Skill mix changes/sharing of staff. Any mid –long-term initiatives? Income generation? Fund raising/WRVS.
