4. Autoparc Query the number of vehicles on the road in RSA including Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia and Swaziland. These volumes can be queried by numerous vehicle attributes, down to a vehicle model derivative and Licensing District. The RGT PARC volumes are based on the vehicle sales by model into licensing districts for 25 year periods since 1980. Vehicles outside the 25 year RGT PARC represent about 0,1% of the total PARC volumes. A scrapping factor by year is applied to the model and licensing district volumes. The national PARC volumes are comparable to the NATIS system. The RGT PARC volumes include only manufacturers that subscribe to NAAMSA. Hyundai, Daihatsu, KIA and some smaller manufacturers are excluded and represent about 0,6% of the annual PARC volumes.
