2. Target: Families, young people, foreign people. We organise wedding receptions, New Year’s eve parties, walks and horse riding in beautiful landscapes as well as activities with horses for disabled people.

5. Our products : Agriturism specialized in typical dishes; Natural, genuine, healthy products; Menu (risotto,lasagne, polenta, baccala’…)

6. How we operate Capicity: 50 people. Booking: at least 10 days in advance for a room and 3 days for a dinner. Security deposit: needed for party bookings.

7. Our Preconditions We have 10 employees: A cook and an assistant cook 3 waiters One barman Two cleaning women The owner/receptionist Our staff is required to have specific education (Vocational High School ). Waiters and reception staff must have good communications skills.
