3 ICT Standards and Guidelines Why are they needed? CONCERN : Excessive diversity in the adoption of computer technology in the Public Sector. SOLUTION: Guaranteeing uniformity and consistency in ICT projects in the Public Sector. Promoting the ICT industry in Lebanon and assisting where possible. HOW? Quality Standards must become common practice.
