13 What is PLM? PLM – Product Lifecycle Management is a web-based software ‘collaboration platform’ that manages the whole lifecycle of a product, including : data, people & processes related to it. It also provides visualization capabilities at all stages so that all ‘players’ have a better understanding of their product and all processes can run-concurrently.
