CNOM Meeting @ Globecom 2004 7 Oct. 11-13, 2004 in Beijing, China Chaired by G. S. Kuo 130 papers submitted & 44 were selected (34%) –18 papers from China –4 from Spain –3 from United Kingdom –3 from Brazil –3 from U.S.A. –3 from Australia –2 from Germany –1 from France, Belgium, India, Lebanon, Finland, Korea, Netherlands, and Hong Kong There were four tutorials, which were well accepted by the attendees –opened the tutorials to all graduate students for free The attendees of IPOM 2004 – 115 IPOM 2004

CNOM Meeting @ Globecom 2004 11 DSOM 2005, MMNS 2005, IPOM 2005 and SSS (Self-Stabilizing Systems) 2005 will be co-located Dates: Oct 24-28, 2005 Location: UPC, Barcelona, Spain Host: Prof. Joan Serrat at UPC DSOM/MMNS will be held in the first half of the week and IPOM/SSS will be held in the latter half of the week Organizing committee is currently being formed to prepare for the 4-event co-location event DSOM/MMNS/IPOM/SSS 2005
