Some LA have proceeded Available through LA Quotes Specification and tender documents to be issued to each LA once framework is in place Each LA can tender for survey works using RFT via LA Quotes at any stage during the next 3 years. Ability to contract out PSCI survey to service provider. RMO to procure national regional road survey next year.
