4. Line Spacing 1. Click on “Home” Tab 2. Click on Paragraph expansion arrow 1.Small down angled arrow of “Paragraph” section 3. Change “Line Spacing” to “Double” 4. Change “After” to 0 pt (default is 10pt)

5. Font 1. Place cursor in upper left. 2. Change font to “Times New Roman” size 12

6. Identifying Information 1. Place cursor in upper left. 2. Type First and Last Name 3. Hit “Enter” 4. Type Teacher’s Name 5. Hit “Enter” 6. Type Course Name and Hour (example: Language Arts 7-9) 7. Hit “Enter” 8. Type Date in European Format (example: 22 September 2014)

7. Title 1. Place cursor at end of date 2. Hit “Enter” 3. Center align (CTRL+E) cursor 4. Type title of essay (example: Argument Essay) 5. Hit “Enter” 6. Left align (CTRL+L) cursor 7. Hit “Tab” 8. Begin typing essay
