Complete the Nutrients Pyramid by drawing or writing in foods that are high in that nutrient Put your diet from the starter activity into a nutrient table Do you think your diet this week has been healthy?

Look at the families diet. Discuss with your group. Complete the worksheet Feedback to the rest of the class what you found

Complete your weekly diet diary. Record where possible the nutrient intake as well; for eg; x1 bag of Quavers = 90 calories And 10grams of fat Compare your intake to the RDI

Name one nutrient What type of food can this nutrient be found in? What do you need a lot of in your diet? What do you need a little of in your diet? Why is a healthy diet important
