7. + Process description  Initial Scorecard presented to country from June IHP meeting  Jointly record specific actions, based on commitments (in CoC)  Apply measures & criteria for assessing actions  Assess progress on Actions with Partners (again as in CoC)  Conduct initial rating to produce Draft Scorecard  Review Ratings with country to finalize scorecards  Adjudication of objections (formal mechanism)  Publish Finalised Scorecard
