PRP Identity Established (JP Noonan) – 4:45 PM JP Noonan contacted immediately Noonan’s Contractor, Clean Harbors, also contacted Volume of oil lost estimated at 10,000 gallons Field reports indicated significant impacts to the Mystic River, call for resources – 5:15 PM MassDEP mobilized Spill Response Trailer and additional personnel – on site at 6:30 PM
