Multilevel assessment of students’ achievements Employers demand: preparedness to apply their knowledge in real professional situations Creative features: to transfer knowledge and skills in a new situation; to distinguish a new problem in the ordinary situation; to analyze the results of your own activity to prevent medical errors; to take into account alternatives in problem solving, etc.

Emotional and psychological level harmonious development of emotional and psychological, regulatory, social, educational and cognitive, creative and self- improvement competences; formed values of the future professional activity in medicine, understanding the essence and social significance of the future profession, demonstrating a permanent interest to the profession, professional competence improvement, etc. Assessment tools Adapted methods by G.P. Regulatory level ability to realize and explain the objectives of activity; accuracy in revealing of medical errors and their reasoning in a clinical case that allows to draw a conclusion about clinical reasoning level development in students; organize their own activity, choose methods and ways for professional tasks implementation and evaluate their efficacy and quality, etc. Assessment tools: Discussion of clinical cases interview in the bedside

Social level ability to obtain a special medical information from different sources including global computer networks; realize ethical and deontological aspects of medical activity in communication with colleagues, nurses, patients and their relatives; organize business communication with maximum benefit for work fulfillment; work in team, communicate effectively with colleagues, authorities and patients; Use information and communication technologies in the professional activity, sources of information as a means for improvement of professional development, etc. Assessment tools: monitor practical tasks implementation in the group, assessment of interaction amid educational process participants

Analytical level Willingness to study, ability to concentrate on studies ; Ability to reflexive and critical thinking; Ability to solve problems, to take decisions in ordinary and extraordinary situations and be in charge of the taken decisions; Use special (theoretical and practical) knowledge including (innovative) in the specific sphere or in the intermediate spheres; Ability to work independently on self-education; Comprehend, realize, critically evaluate the principles and mechanisms of professional activity, etc. Assessment tools: test, written test, recitation, consultation, case history, exam

Creative level Ability to generate alternative solutions to the problem; Self-development skills and ability to use them delicately to enhance the individual competitiveness; Generate specific and original ideas, to deviate from traditional patterns of thinking, willingness to innovations; Ability to create a product distinguished by novelty, originality, and uniqueness; Make up a set of models based on the original model; Evaluate a novelty level of the results; Independent solutions to the problem related with the methods of work implementation at a definite sector of activity, etc. Assessment tools: Project activity (project, case-task, yearly project)
