Login ID: FIRSTNAMELASTNAME in caps Password: firstnamelastname Example: Login ID: BRUCEWAYNE Password: brucewayne (case sensitive)

Submit Timesheet (Daily)
Click on Submit Timesheet under Actions Enter Hours and click Apply This is for entering time on a daily basis

Submit Timesheet (Weekly)
Click on Submit Timesheet under Actions Click Timesheet Express

Choose time period Click Apply Please note: You can add lines for each day by ‘adding a shift”. Columns will display codes, descriptions or both.

Enter total hours for each day Click Apply

Adding/Changing Client Code
To change Client Code, click Choose Labor Level link Choose new Client Click Apply

PTO Balance/Request Time Off
You can view your current PTO balance on your Home page You can request time off You can see approval status

Requesting Time Off You request will be available for Supervisor approval Upon approval, it will auto fill your time sheet

Training/FAQ At the top of the home page, is a link to training and FAQ materials

Add Human Resource Online
After adding the Human Resource Online service to your Paychex account, you will be able to manage most of your own HR information. You will be able to: Update/Change Emergency Contact information Update/Change Home Address Print Tax Documents Review Paycheck history And much more…

Enter lowercase first initial, lowercase last name for user Enter Capital first initial, Capital last initial, last four Social Security Number (i.e. BW1234) for password. Enter these numbers for Company ID Then Click Add to MyPaychex.
