Positives Learned important skills needed and used for construction manager job: Clear communication and strong interpersonal relationships – with subcontractors and clients Organized scheduling Budgeting and finances Learning the ‘Tricks of the Trade’ Learned all of the Objectives (in slide 2) Had fun time with my Dad Met some very nice people from inspectors to contractors to different crews Spent 90 % outside, not cooped up in an office area Other 10 % were spent at Leesburg office and inside the moon-mobiles

4. Positives Built by my Dad and I few years ago Moon-mobile is movable office – shelves, table, wifi hotspot, air conditioning, lights, etc. built into a standard trailer Walraven and Holmes had one each stationed at both jobsites – allows easy access to computer for email, internet, plans, etc. This was started (via generator) and computers were turned on by me every morning
