The cast is expected to make all scheduled rehearsals We understand that students are involved in other activities and are willing to work with their schedule If a student cannot attend a rehearsal a note or email from a parent is requested (before the day of the rehearsal) As the show date approaches, the rehearsal schedule will intensify

Rehearsals typically run from 3-5 (unless otherwise specified) Rehearsals will begin in November ◦ Dance – Friday, November 8 Everyday – Acting (cast members will be called on specific days) Thursday – Vocals Friday – Dance, after winter break Thursday and Friday

There will be a separate crew schedule posted on the call board, which will designate which crew members are needed Types of Crews ◦ Run crew (change of scenery during show) ◦ Hair & Makeup ◦ Lights and sound ◦ Build/paint crew ◦ Props Crew is expected to attend ALL mandatory dates

Saturday, March 1 st – Show Clean-Up (9-5 PM) Friday, March 7 th – Tech (3-5) Saturday, March 8 th – Tech (9-5 PM) Monday, March 10 th – Dress Rehearsals (5-10 PM) Tuesday, March 11 th – Dress Rehearsals (5-10 PM) Wednesday, March 12 th – Gold Card Show (1-4 PM) March 13, 14, 15 – Night Shows (7 PM) – call time 5 PM March 16 th – Sunday Matinee (2 PM) – call time 12 PM

PAC is the booster organization of the Drama Club The meetings are held once a month, usually on Tuesday nights at 7 Its function is to support all activities and students of the Drama Club We welcome all of you to join us for the PAC meeting immediately following. Committee sign ups will take place at this time.
