Jim Thomas – LBL – 3 Technical Factors Hotel has 476 guest rooms –Our block is 350 –Thus, no major competition with other groups Hotel is adjacent to the Oakland Convention Center –We will use some of that space, however, the hotel has more than enough meeting rooms –We need –1 plenary ballroom –8 parallel meeting rooms Services –Audio Visual Support for hire –Internet for hire –Possible internet solutions from LBL
