4 Overall organisational model A consistent and robust organisational model with clear division of work and responsibility based on department structure All departments supporting Darfur programme with crosscutting dedicated functions based on needs identified by the Darfur programme management. Dedicated functions replaces the previous Darfur Programme Support Unit Multiple lines of support and communication between NCA Khartoum and Darfur programme Darfur programme will have a dedicated focal point at NCA Khartoum office: main responsible for support functions at NCA Khartoum and coordination Dedicated functions may also be assigned for partner support/ODCB The need for dedicated functions will vary and the organisational model must accommodate for scale-up/scale down (flexibility) 4
