Core Math Tools is a suite of Algebra & Functions, Geometry & Trigonometry, and Statistics & Probability software tools designed to support implementation of the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics. Technology is essential in teaching and learning mathematics; it influences the mathematics that is taught and enhances students' learning.

Model with mathematics. Mathematically proficient students can apply the mathematics they know to solve problems arising in everyday life, society, and the workplace. Use appropriate tools strategically. Mathematically proficient students are able to use technological tools to explore and deepen their understanding of concepts. Construct viable arguments and critique the reasoning of others. Mathematically proficient students justify their conclusions, communicate them to others, and respond to the arguments of others.
