2. Learning Goals Today our learning community will understand… –The correlation between the Common Core Standards and PARCC. –PARCC-related vocabulary and technology. –The resources available to support CCSS implementation and PARCC readiness.

3. WHAT IS PARCC? A group of states collaborating to develop a set of assessments that will measure whether students are on track to be successful in college and their careers. High quality, computer-based K–12 assessments in Mathematics and ELA/Literacy that will inform teachers, schools, students, and parents as to whether students’ are on track in their learning.
