Column Setup b Click on the FILE Menu at the top of the screen b Click and drag to PAGE SETUP b Click on the tab labeled PAPER SIZE b Click on the circle next to LANDSCAPE b Click OK

Column Setup b Choose the FORMAT menu b Click and drag to COLUMNS b Choose the box labeled TWO COLUMNS b Click on the circle labeled LINE BETWEEN b Check the EQUAL COLUMN WIDTH box and click OK

Column Setup b In the first column, type BACK PAGE OF BOOK b Press ENTER until you reach the end of the column b Choose the INSERT menu from the top of the screen b Click and drag to BREAK... b Choose COLUMN and click OK

Finishing Touches b use PRINT PREVIEW to see exactly how the pages will look BEFORE PRINTING b after printing, can convert one-sided sheets to two-sided sheets with copy machine b may select different colors of paper to print your text b can staple book in the middle with stapler or use hole-puncher and insert ribbon
