3. Report Name: Program – Publish FSG Report

4. Select the Report to publish

5. Search the Name of the Report “SFE%” You may only see the report pack appropriate to your security access rights (ie, your school/department)

6. Select a CONTENT SET You may only see the Content Set appropriate to your security access rights (ie, your school/department)

7. Search for SFE% You may only see the Content Set appropriate to your security access rights (ie, your school/department)

8. Before Submitting the report: Select OPTIONS

9. Note that default output format is RTF (MS Word) Change the output format by selecting from the pull down menu [...]

10. Select Output format Choose PDF

11. Note that output format has changed No need to change any other parameter

12. Submit the report If you choose to re-run this report, double check the output format in the Options menu

13. Obtain the report from the Requests list View Output

14. Open PDF File Save and/or print
