Exploring the Self Hundreds of thousands of articles have been published on the exploration of the self. Underlying this research is an assumption that the self, as organizer of our thoughts, feelings, and actions, is a pivotal center of personality.
3
On the Self-Esteem Scale your TOTAL score was between: A. 0 and 8 B. 9 and 16 C. 17 and 24 D. 25 and 32 E. 33 and 40
4

At the same time, research does not support the claim that low self-esteem produces major personal or social problems.
