OTHER Signs Minor depressions, “if only” thinking… Wishing for happiness, without action Confusion (for long periods), irregular eating Listlessness, irregular sleeping habits Deep depressions Daily routines become haphazard General dissatisfaction Feeling helpless, self-pity, lying, resentment Everyone gets a taste of these
