4 SAICE progress since 2006  Support ~ 250 students through experiential training supported by LGSETA  Management LGSETA B Tech bursary scheme for technicians working in local government – awarded to ~100  Offer ~70 civil and electrical graduates workplace training towards registration funded by various public sector structures  Support 102 civil and town planning graduates through a structured training programme towards registration, funded by the DBSA  Deliver orientation courses to ~ 200 candidates on the Road to Registration  Deliver orientation courses to ~ 90 mentors, supervisors, coaches and HR on the Road to Registration  Supply workplace training software to public sector structures for planning and monitoring workplace training

Performs specific processes under close supervision Limited responsibility for work output Supervisor / Mentor coaches, offers feed back 3. Participate.... Performs specific processes as directed with limited supervision Full responsibility for supervised work Supervisor progressively reduces support 4. Contribute.... Performs specific work with detailed approval of work outputs Full responsibility to supervisor for immediate quality of work Candidates articulates own reasoning and compare it with those of supervisor 5. Autonomous....
