1. Development of Automated algorithm for Australian croplands is progressing 2. We are trying to replicate GCEV2.0 calsses simply by coding using NDVI thresholds based on GCEV2.0 results 3. Till now we are able to sepereate 71.2% of Cropland plantation pixels 64.5% of Cropland Alfafa grazing pixels from cropland pixels by applying conditions in criticle months for each class GCE V2.0 Australia

1. For accuracy assesment we started working on collecting ground reference data from different sources 2. Grain research & development corporation (GRDC) has National variety trail program. 3. They have smapling sites for each variety ( eg. Wheat, Barley, Oats, Lentils etc.,) Ground reference data for Australia GCEV2.0 accuracy assesment

4. Trying to get full detailed information from GRDC. 5. They have provide some details on current year trail sites and varietys, but we don’t know exactly the extent of each site (how big it is?) 6. These reference points are very useful for cropland extent ( crop / no crop) accuracy. Ground reference data for Australia GCEV2.0 accuracy assesment
