Australian Disability Enterprises  Operate small businesses to provide employment opportunities for adults with disabilities.  Funded by the Department of Social Services (DSS) to provide supported employment.  Enterprises must generate sufficient income to pay Supported Employees’ wages and all operating costs

3. Eligibility Applicants must:  Have an intellectual, psychiatric, sensory, or physical impairment that is likely to be permanent and results in the need for ongoing support.  Be aged between 16 and 65.  Be Australian citizens, residents, or hold a valid visa.  Have a genuine interest in obtaining paid employment.

4. All Star Access Disability Enterprises  Governed by the National Standards for Disability Services  Caseload of up to 51  Teams of 3 – 4 supported workers with a supervisor (Cleaning, Gardening, Car Wash)  Work a minimum of 7 hours per week  Employed under Mallee Family Care Inc. Enterprise Agreement 2012  Supported Wage System (SWS) sets pay rate based on productivity (commence at 40% = $7.50 until assessment completed after 3 months)

6. Gardening Equipment includes ride on and push mowers, whipper snippers, blowers. Working in teams of up to 4 people, our professional gardening services include:  Garden maintenance  Lawn mowing and edging  Weeding  Trimming and pruning hedges  General rubbish removal

7. Home & Office Cleaning  Working in a team of up to 4 people, we can perform all cleaning tasks required at: -Homes -Offices -Public Housing

8. Catering Working individually or in small teams, we:  Cater for business and private functions  Operate the Good Cooks café at 53 Eighth Street  Prepare a variety of impressive take away foods, cold and hot platters, home-made finger food and an indulgent selection of cakes, slices and pastries

9. Car Washing Working in teams of up to 4 people, we can: Pick up and drop off vehicles in Mildura CBD Complete interior and exterior cleans – by hand Clean and polish windows Clean seats and carpets Chamois dry Waterless washes are also available

10. Recycling Working in teams of 2-4 people, we can collect: Cardboard – all types & paper products Plastic – bottles, bags & wrapping Styrofoam – cups & packaging Discarded white goods Used pallets Shredding service also available

11. Opportunity Knocks Working in pairs, we:  Empty clothing collection bins around Mildura  Sort donated goods  Operate Opportunity Knocks recycled clothing store

12. All Star Aqua Our exciting new enterprise can teach you skills in:  Packaging  Sales  Marketing  Distribution
