14 Build our on-campus influence In order to strengthen our UTEP community during the semester we will be hosting: Info Sessions for Professional Development Socials Study Nights Grow!

15 What is it? The purpose of the Big Sister/Little Sister Program is to : –Provide support, advice, and guidance to freshmen, sophomore, and first-year transfer students in the College of Engineering – Promote positive influence, motivation, and leadership in academia and personal life – Ensure that all members maintain active roles within SWE Sister Program

16 What is it? An after-school club for high school girls where students: –Receive mentorship from collegiate UTEP SWE members –Work on technical projects and creative engineering –Have the opportunity to receive laboratory tours –Develop their leadership by being in officer positions SWENext Chapin Chapter

17 What is it? Engineering nights for high school students that will occur 1-2 times a semester. Will include: –Interactive modules –Guest speakers SWENext Nights

18 Impact our city We have a few community service events in mind that we want to participate in: Halloween Candy Drive & Christmas Party/Toy Drive for “La Posada Home” Women’s Shelter Susan G. Komen Race for The Cure Community Service
