7. If Appraiser has given his comments then on clicking the name of the Appraisee, the Director – Human Resources can view the detailed information of Appraisee, the KRAs, Reviews of Appraisee and Appraiser and confidential comment of the Appraiser, Unit Hr & GM

8. Check the Unit Strategy section and press Continue

9. Check the Goal Categories Check the KRAs of the Appraisee at one shot Click on Continue to view the mid-term reviews If you do not want to view to Mid Term Reviews and want to go straight for comments, click here.

10. Scroll down to Mid Term Review section and Check the Appraisee & Appraiser for Reviews for KRA 1 Scroll Down and press continue button

11. Check the Appraisee & Appraiser for Reviews for KRA 2 Scroll Down and press continue button

12. Check the Appraisee & Appraiser for Reviews for KRA 3 Scroll Down and press continue button

13. Check the Appraisee & Appraiser for Reviews for KRA 4 Scroll Down and press continue button

14. Check the Appraisee & Appraiser for Reviews for KRA 5 Scroll Down and press continue button
