Interim Process Changes Set iTrent into the context of what you do at the moment. Accompanying workbooks include: - Change to Personal Details - Absence (sickness and annual leave) - Leavers E-learning

Personal Details Changes (excl Bank Details) NOTIFY CHANGE UPDATE ITRENT FILE Complete change of details form and send to Administrator. If change of bank details complete change form and send to HR as per current practice. Receive change of details form and update information in iTrent. File change of details form. KEY: Employee Manager Administrator Personal Details includes Address, Name, Emergency Contact

Sickness Absence NOTIFY ABSENCE UPDATE ABSENCE UPDATE ITRENT Employee phones Manager to notify of sickness. Informs Administrator by email of sickness. Enters sickness absence details into iTrent Check and amend working pattern for absence period Update iTrent with any further absence certification details received. KEY: Employee Manager Administrator

Sickness Absence Return RETURN TO WORK INFORM ADMINISTRATOR UPDATE ITRENT Employee returns to work. Informs Administrator by email of sickness end date. Enters sickness end date into iTrent. KEY: Employee Manager Administrator

Holiday Absence REQUEST HOLIDAY AUTHORISE HOLIDAY UPDATE ITRENT Employee completes holiday request form. Authorise holiday. Send authorised request to Administrator. Enters holiday dates into iTrent. KEY: Employee Manager Administrator

Leavers CONFIRM LEAVER UPDATE ITRENT RETURN PROPERTY Inform Administrator of Leavers Details by leavers form. File Enter Leaver details into iTrent Tick exit interview box if completed. If additional information re payroll send copy of form with payroll pack Request return of keys, uniform, phones in line with line managers instructions. KEY: Employee Manager Administrator
