Introduction The Health Care Agency Human Resources department hires a high volume of employees every year. Every new hire receives a packet consisting of up to 116 pages.

Going Green In an effort to reduce our paper footprint and expedite the new hire sign up process HCA HR implemented its e-hire process in June of 2010. The packet now consist of less then 25 pages…. Saves money Saves time Frees up storage space Allows for more efficient management of records

Process Orientation Go over handouts and verify ID’s and Licenses Take picture for ID Walk employee to computer station Website - Electronic Sign-up Employee is set up on our internal network and provided a login ID and password. This site is protected so that it cant be accessed by anyone outside of HR.
