7 IDDescription FR1End users should be able to create new allocated domains. FR2End users should be able to manage the allocated domains. FR3End users should be only able to view all available maps for their domain. FR4End users should be able to navigate the available maps using scroll, zoom in, zoom out features. FR5End users should be able to manipulate (add /edit/ remove) custom icons and markers in the available maps. (with restrictions) FR6End users should be able to search the position of custom icons and markers in the available maps. FR7End users should be able to find any location in the available maps by specifying longitude and latitude values.

FR9End users should be able to manipulate (add /edit / remove) comments in the available maps. (with restrictions) FR10End users should be able to view comments in the available maps. (with restrictions) FR11End users should be able to use tracking feature on the available maps using external GPS devices. FR12End users should be able to find locations, places and roads in the available maps using search feature. FR13End users should be able to find shortest path form one specified location to another.

10 Open University of Sri Lanka IDDescription NFR1End users should be able to access to the CyberGIS services using web browsers or hand held devices with specified requirements. NFR2External GPS devices should be able to integrate with the system at the user end. NFR3Should support to J2ME platform for hand held devices. NFR4Should optimized for hand held devices. NFR5Browser versions to be supported are IE 6.0, IE 7.0 and Firefox 3.0.5 and mobile browsers for hand held devices. NFR6Communication protocol to be supported is SSL: HTTPS. NFR7Application will transit data through a SSL layer through HTTPS. NFR8User platform version to be supported is Windows XP or later.

11 Open University of Sri Lanka IDDescription NFR9System should be integrated with existing GIS providers. NFR10All users will be required to provide a valid user id and password to access to the system. NFR11Passwords will be encrypted through specific encryption algorithm. NFR12Should able to handle the load forecasted for the future.
