5 Weakness Require more documentation experience.
Lack of expertise on graphical issues. We don’t have skilled animator. We don’t have enough experience of testing large system. We have a strong, compulsive need to do things quickly and remove them from our "to do" list, and sometimes the quality of our work suffers as a result. Often get nervous when presenting ideas to clients and this fear of public speaking takes the passion out of presentations.

6 Opportunities Our major competitors don’t have enough idea and expertise over e-learning applications. Competitors of us also in a problem of documentation expertise. We got some extraordinary tools to overcome gathering requirement complexities. Such as using card system we can gather requirements from client’s organization in aspect of every user of the system. Some of us attending a training on client management which is positive for us.

7 Threats One of our competitors has a vast experience of using e-learning platforms. Often overworked, this negativity impacts creativity. As we don’t have the online payment system in our country we could be in a risk of purchasing necessary tools required for the proposed system. We are actually a newly formed team which could affect the communication, understanding as a result project deadline is a challenging issue for us.
