I believe children can be taught self-discipline then, they can discipline themselves. I believe all students to be good. I see myself as an assertive teacher. I see my management role as being collaborative with students, parents and other professionals. Students should have an input with rules and consequences. I want to manage my classroom, not discipline. I believe in rewards such as free homework day, line leader, etc. I believe in adhering classroom programs into my classroom plan. Special education –parent group support, classroom volunteers, and resources. Also Interpreters, Braille resources, wheel chair space and, appropriate equipment to learn.(universal design instruction)
