All journals on J-STAGE are… 1.Peer-reviewed journals published by Japanese noncommercial societies, offices of which should be always located within Japan. 2.Journals should be published constantly. 3.Journals should accept papers contributed not only by society members but also from anyone outside as well. 4.The society should bear the cost of data (full text PDF, bibliography data etc.) production and monitors the quality of the uploaded data.
