2 CPDP Book The CPIP Book is the final product of the CPIP formulation process. It is to be kept at the C/P hall, C/P Department of Planning, and to be sent to the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Planning, Ministry of Economy and Finance, and other relevant stakeholders.

5 Decision on the promulgation of the CPIP Preface Introduction C/P map The outlines of the four sections above can be found in the manual on the CPIP.

6 Chapter 1: Socio-Economic Situation In the first year, this section is copied from the relevant section of the CPDP Book. From the second year, the social-economic data must be updated. If some serious social-economic change arises, this section must be revised. In such a case, a new analysis is conducted for revising the CPDP and the analysis result may be applied to the CPIP.

7 Chapter 2: Three-Year Rolling Investment Projects (1) 2.1 Investment Projects The following three tables are attached here. A short description is also prepared to explain an overview of committed projects. The description must be made with the Goals of committed projects. 2.1a Table of C/P Three-Year Investment Projects (Ongoing Projects) 2.1b Table of C/P Three-Year Investment Projects (Committed Projects) 2.1c Table of C/P Three-Year Investment Projects (Uncommitted Projects)

8 Chapter 2: Three-Year Rolling Investment Projects (2) 2.2 Medium Term Expenditure Framework This section is to forecast the future budget and expenditure as a basis for planning future activities or projects. The details will be notified by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

10 Chapter 2: Three-Year Rolling Investment Projects (4) 2.4 Investment Project Implementation Work Plan This table is prepared for the ongoing and committed projects implemented with the C/P fund. If possible, the table for the ongoing and committed projects implemented with the funds of ministries, institutions, and other agencies should also be included.

11 Chapter 3: Monitoring and Evaluation for the CPIP The table of M&E is attached here. The detailed process to conduct the M&E for the CPIP was introduced in Session 16.
