Benefits By expanding the pool of talent we can find the best qualified people. Multiple language skills enable us to read submissions in other languages and communicate more effectively with our branches and our clients. First hand knowledge of the insurance market and legal systems of other countries helps us to better understand and evaluate the business. A diverse staff helps to foster an intellectually stimulating and enjoyable work environment.
10
Accomodations Sponsorship for green card or visa. Occasional long vacation in order to travel home and visit friends and family. Access to classes or other opportunities to improve written and spoken English skills.
11
Recruiting Tips Keep an open mind. Don’t mistake a lack of confidence speaking English for poor communication skills. Weigh a person’s accomplishments against any obstacles or barriers he or she may have had to overcome. Remember that as with any team, not all jobs within a department require the exact same set of skills.
