Objectives To set up a job portal for green jobs posting, matchmaking & recruitment The first green jobs portal in the country To serve a green jobs knowledge base. Project Fund: RM 168,900 Duration: January 2013– December 2013 Expected Outcomes Portal development: programming & integration, presentation, domain & hosting, installation, testing, beta testing, upload to live Stakeholder/ engagement: Workshop –2 days Talk – SMI SME Status On schedule

Copyright Reserved GreenTech Malaysia PROJECT:GREEN JOBS PORTAL REPORTING PERIOD: 1/8/2013 – 31/8/2013 2 Activities Completed (During reporting period) User Acceptance Training (UAT) for Admin, Jobseeker & Employer (Script testing) was held on 9/4/3013, 10.00am – 5.00pm at MGTC Web Admin training was held on 15/5/2013 on 15/5/2013, 10.00am – 5.00pm at MGTC Final Acceptance Test (All function testing) was held on 16/5/2013 DNS Installation at MGTC server – 3/6/2013 Adjustment Portal Site Map – 13/6/2013 Proposed Content Structure & feedback from division was held on 20/6/2013 Decision on payment gateway – Debit Channel (Direct Debit & FPX) approval by CEO level. Approved on 22/8/2013 Portal content editor has been approved by CEO on 28/8/13 and prepare to upload. % completed: 87 % % funds utilised: 46.5% (RM78,906 out of RM168,900 ) Activities Planned (For next reporting period) Preparation for beta live Preparation for marketing (employer): Target database IGEM2013 GTFS Green Directory Green Gallery
