Dehydration 50-75% of your body is water Found inside and outside your cells To figure out how much water you need divide your body weight by 2= this equals the amount of water in ounces you should consume Ex: 150/2= 75 ounces of water per day If water that is lost is not replaces dehydration can occur Dryness of Mouth, weakness, flushed skin and fever can result

Zinc Helps wounds heal and aides in the functioning of the immune system, promotes normal growth and development in children Food Sources: Legumes, meat, poultry, seafood and whole grains Deficiencies can stunt growth and sexual development of children, cause poor wound healing, impaired taste and night vision
