Good Drinking Habits to Help You Be a Good Learner

Did you know that our bodies lose about 1 litre of water when we are sleeping?

So our brains need water every morning to help us feel better and think better.

Your body needs 6 to 8 cups of water a day.

Or, 3 or 4 bottles of water.

Other drinks made with water are good too.

But, many drinks have too much sugar in them. Have these only once in a while.

Water is the best drink for your body and your brain. It is free, and it is clean from the tap.

Carry a bottle with you from your home. It is less expensive than buying water in bottles.
