Telekom Research & Development Sdn. Bhd. All Rights Reserved © 2007 Template Applied Research - SRM 4.2.3 1 Implementation Strategies We propose a pilot study in lecture class – a small trial run of the proposed system in a single location. The aim is to make sure that the proposed system is viable (in term of system quality and performance) to be integrated in MMU ICEMS. Pilot study involves having a group of end users try the system prior to its full deployment in order to give feedback. The study can reveal deficiencies in the design of the proposed study. Data gathering will be conducted using questionnaires to collect prospective users ’ opinion. The proposed system will only be implemented / deployed in other location (department) if it is accepted by the majority users.
